Our motivation
As a mining facility working in an area with high ecological values, we believe that this project can bring us relevant information on biodiversity to feed our action plans for the conservation and protection of the natural environment where we operate.
Our project
The aim of this project is to obtain several useful information for our environmental protection strategy, namely, the diversity of flora, the detection of potential contaminants and concentrations of pesticides in the surroundings of our facilities.
This information will be compared with databases and other reference information and in this way will allow us to develop additional actions either to minimize the impacts of our activity or even to improve the environmental conditions of the surroundings.
