BeeOdiversity is looking for a Project manager.

BeeOdiversity is a committed company working for a more sustainable environment and the regeneration of biodiversity, in particular through innovative monitoring solutions (software, nature-based solutions, etc.). 

BeeOdiversity run projects in over 25 countries (Europe, USA, Africa, etc.) and has a team of over 35 people (bioengineers, IT team, sales staff, etc.). It is recognised in Belgium (Trends Impact Award, Médaille du Mérite Wallon, etc) and abroad (EIC award, Ashoka, etc).

BeeOdiversity is looking for a talented Project Manager with over 3 years‘ experience to join our team and lead innovative projects aimed at monitoring and regenerating biodiversity in Europe and internationally. 

Job description

Location: Brussels or Nivelles / hybrid
Type of contract: Full-time permanent contract

As a project manager, you will be responsible for :    

• Defining objectives and steering projects aimed at regenerating biodiversity  
• Supervising and optimising day-to-day project operations
• Managing budgets, financial plans and specifications 
• Coordinating project teams and stakeholders.
• Potentially supporting management in operational management (HR, finance, logistics).  

Expertise / experience and other requirements

You have experience (+3 years) in project management, ideally in a fast-growing environment or one committed to sustainable development.  

You have a commercial engineering degree or equivalent.  

You have excellent organisational and leadership skills.  

You are results-oriented, with the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.  

You are passionate about sustainability and want to make an active contribution to a worthwhile cause.  

Fluency in French and English is essential. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
