Carline Pitz

“Together, we can create a world where nature and humanity thrive in harmony.”
Her experience
With a bio-engineering diploma from Gembloux Agro-Bio-tech, she specialized in forest and natural area management. This was complemented by various courses in nature guiding and beekeeping. Fascinated by the biodiversity potential of limestone quarries, she wrote her doctoral thesis at the University of Liège on their ecological restoration. In the same vein, she worked for 2 years as an environmental affairs advisor for an international minerals association.
Then, to contribute more concretely to the development of sustainable practices for the betterment of nature, she worked for 2 years as an agri-environmental officer for a nature conservation association.
Her role
Carline joins the BeeOdiversity team in March 2023 as BeeOscientist. She participates in project conceptualization, consultancy activities and contributes to the development of the company’s activities.
What motivates her ?
Her aim is to provide concrete solutions to reconcile nature and human well-being, so that her two daughters can grow up in a better world. She is convinced of the need to share her knowledge and know-how to support the current ecological transition in a positive way.
