What motivates him?
Local / international and public / private actors have the opportunity and responsibility to create the conditions for a desirable future. Climate change reinforces this long-term perspective for present and future generations. Private companies and public actors play a key role in the preservation of natural resources. Charles is deeply convinced that a shared and negotiated management of natural resources must allow all parties to benefit from the outcome.
