Charlotte Hansart

Data scientist

“We do not inherit the earth from our parents, we borrow it from our children. Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

Her experience

During the first few years of her career, Charlotte worked as a Data Scientist in a variety of companies, of different sizes and in different sectors (medical, industry, tech). This experience enabled her to refine her professional aspirations, not only in terms of role and work environment, but also in terms of values! With a growing ecological awareness and two children under her belt, Charlotte wanted to put her skills at the service of a mission that made sense to her : and now she has.

Her role

At BeeODiversity, Charlotte is in charge of the data side of the BeeOImpact platform. On a daily basis, she juggles with data of all kinds, turning it upside down, mixing it and modeling it so that it can, in the end, provide the best possible information. She also takes advantage of her interactions with the team’s bioengineers to learn as much as possible about the environment and its protection.

What motivates her ?

Charlotte first encountered the notions of ecological crisis and climate emergency the day she started a vegetable garden. From readings to conferences, she gradually took the measure of the situation and adapted her lifestyle accordingly. The birth of her children gave her the impetus to align her ecological convictions more closely with her professional life. The icing on the cake : BeeO’s field of activity feeds her growing interest in plants and bees.
