Qui sommes-nous ? / Notre équipe
Martin Van Aken
IT developer
“Having a positive impact through my work has guided my career.”
His experience
Economist by training (ULB), Martin first worked as a computer science lecturer at ESI before turning to a career as a programmer. After starting out in social security with the Free Mutual Societies, Martin founded a startup dedicated to code quality. He then became CTO of Bluesquare, a company active in public health for 5 years before returning to more technical tasks.
Martin has always kept a training component in his work – coaching entrepreneurs or junior developers or via bootcamp like LeWagon.
His role
Martin works as a developer on various Beeodiversity projects with the aim of simplifying, accelerating or improving the work of the Beeodiversity team and its customers.
What motivates him?
To have an impact through your work, to make things better (even a little bit) for as many people as possible.
