His experience
Lawyer by training (UCLouvain), Michaël spent 6 years working as a corporate law lawyer for the international law firm CMS DeBacker. Keen to move into the corporate world, he obtained a Master’s in Finance (ICHEC) and then an Executive MBA at the Solvay Business School.
He set up companies that specialise in coaching for businesses and trained in coaching and collective intelligence techniques and helped numerous companies to expand internationally, to implement collaborative governance, foster operational and process organisation…
In 2012, he decided to extend all this experience to a societal project and co-founded BeeOdiversity.
His role
Michaël is in charge of BeeOdiversity’s business development and its daily management. He often acts as facilitator in the context of collective intelligence workshops with the partners.
What motivates him?
Setting up a business, creating employment and partnerships that work hand in hand to preserve universal richness – nature for future generations – is what drives him and gives him the meaning he is looking for in his career and life.
