Her experience
She’s our young recruit, with a Master’s degree in organismal biology and ecology from the University of Liège, specializing in applied ecology and ecotoxicology.
Her studies have provided her with in-depth naturalist knowledge and field skills.
After an internship at the University of Lausanne studying the impact of climate change on the biogeography of alpine flora, Solène joined BeeOdiversity.
Her role
Solène joined BeeOdiversity in 2022 as BeeOscientist. She participates in operational and consultancy activities, notably via the mapping tool and the interpretation of results. She also manages and develops some of our projects.
What motivates her ?
Solène attaches great importance to the feeling of doing meaningful work in a field she is passionate about, and which enables her to take concrete action to protect biodiversity.
