Luminus introduced 12 bee colonies to 4 energy production sites to preserve the surrounding biodiversity. The sites in question are located in Flanders and in Wallonia. All in all, the bees of Luminus adopted cover an area of 2800 ha.

Luminus was our first partner! Their team took the risk of joining a start-up on an adventure in aid of the environment. We cannot thank them enough because this partnership was the trigger effect for BeeOdiversity as it reassured its founders that its project appeals to major players. This led to numerous other partnerships and activities which, we hope, will bring about lasting change that will benefit the environment and pollinators.
